Shipping
We ship to all US states and Canadian provinces except Hawaii and Yukon. Our dog bed shipping charges are very simple, and reflect the true cost of shipping these sometimes large dog beds. Our shipping charges for ground USPS/UPS/FedEx, are as follows: Small, medium, large, and travel dog beds ship for $9.99. There is $5.00 additional shipping applied to extra large, the extra-extra large, and the crate mats. There is an additional charge for shipments to Alaska. If you have other shipping requirements, such as international, 2nd day, etc., contact us first via E-mail or phone: 770-664-0848 to arrange shipping to prevent a possible delay in your order.
Please plan on your order taking five to seven days to arrive from the time the order is placed (Continental USA and Canada).
Policies
We want all our customers to have a pleasant shopping experience, and receive a quality product of value. We also want our customers to have confidence when they purchase from us on line. Therefore, we pledge to:
- Never divulge your credit card information. We don't even have access to your entire card number.
- Never supply your email address to anyone.
- Your purchase will be shipped as soon as possible, in most cases within one to two days. If there is some delay (personalized items take longer) you will be notified immediately.
- Be provided a tracking number when your order ships.
- Never add hidden charges on your card. The price shown to you when you check out is the price you pay. Always.

Charges on your Credit Card
Credit card charges from A Pampered Dog.com will appear on your credit card statement as being from Web Design Partners, our umbrella company.
Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
A Pampered Dog.com offers a 100% guarantee on our products against manufactures defects. If a defect is detected, please contact us so we may rectify the problem or replace the product ordered. There are no refunds on embroidered personalized items. You must contact us for a return authorization number before returning any item. sales@apampereddog.com
Returns and Refunds
You may return any item within 14 days of your receipt for an exchange for refund. You must contact us for a return authorization number prior to returning any item. We will not accept items returned without an authorization number. Returned dog beds must be in unused condition. Embroidered items, and size XXL may not be returned.
Exchanges You may exchange any item as long as it is in new, unused condition. Return shipping is your responsibility, and we will charge our normal shipping to ship the item back you.
Dog Bed Returns for Refund You may return a dog bed as long as it is in new, unused condition. However a 30% donation fee will apply. We do not re-sell your returned dog bed. Rather, it is donated to a shelter or humane society.
